Our Website Chat Assistant

Our website includes an automated chat assistant, powered by a third-party provider, SiteGPT. You will find it at the bottom right of every page. It is an AI-powered tool, not a live person. It is designed to answer common questions about lift tickets, hours, rentals, lessons, tubing, events, weddings and general resort information using content from our website.

Accuracy and Limitations

The chat assistant answers automatically and can occasionally be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Please treat its responses as general guidance, not as a guarantee.

For anything important, and especially for weather, trail and lift status, closures, snow conditions, and on-mountain safety, always rely on our official sources, including our Snow Report, official resort updates, and posted on-site signage. When in doubt, call us.

Information provided by the chat assistant is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Do not rely on the chat assistant for any decision that affects your health or safety.

Human Oversight

AI tools support our team, they do not replace it. Our staff remains responsible for resort operations, guest safety, and final decisions. If the chat assistant cannot help, or if you would simply prefer to speak with a person, we are happy to assist you directly.

Information You Share With the Chat Assistant

When you use the chat assistant, the information you type is processed by our third-party provider, SiteGPT, to generate a response. Please do not enter sensitive personal information (such as payment card numbers, passwords, or health information) into the chat window.
